Anecdote: The process of writing this book was a labor of love. Life and procrastination got in the way; even though I stopped and started, the desire never left me, gnawing at my insides until the last word was written. I offer up what began as my personal guidebook, with questions that kept me on track, lined pages to write notes and action items to improve and stay positive. My purpose is to share pep talks, stories and tips as motivation for everyone who stands on the precipice of their own decision to make personal life changes. It starts with an idea. Now it's time to take action. Fix bad habits, secure self-belief, trust it's possible to reach your potential and turn dreams into reality. My goal is that my lessons inspire you. Want to succeed? Then focus on these words: Yes I can. Push forward. Work to break through the obstruction; commit to the transformation.
