The Commitment: Fight back! Why fear failure? Stop caring what others think! Neutralize your fears.

The Questions: If thoughts are many times not truth…Isn’t it time to be your mind’s master? Why let thoughts hold us back? Make this one special life count.

Daily Decisions can make life better. Make a conscious decision to distract and overwrite those fears. Pay attention to what’s really happening; fight the impulse to give in or run away.

Think about this: Why self-limit and wind up with regrets later on, sabotaging and defeating yourself before starting? Practice: Train the mind to fight through worry, doubt and any other painful miserable obstacle the brain thinks upwhether made up or real. Instead, be your mind’s master.

The Takeaway: Aha: Take the emphasis off of yourself. Stop being the center of your attention. We are responsible for our own accomplishments and best life - like it or not it takes work.
